Empanelment with DGR implies that the ESM security agency/Private limited company /ESM Corporation is registered and waitlisted with DGR. On being empanelled, the security agency will be sponsored to prospective employers for undertaking security duties. This will be based on demands for security related work received from all over India. To provide equal opportunity to ESM (O) retiring each year and registering with DGR, a roster of empanelled security agencies and ESM corporations will be maintained for each State/Union Territory. Empanelled agencies will be sponsored to employers based on their empanelment seniority and eligibility. Security agencies will not seek/ bid for security contract with Central Government departments, and their units, CPSUs, and government institutions directly until sponsored by DGR. |
