| Initially, an officer may open an individual proprietary concern. This may be converted into an ESM Pvt. Ltd. company on production of Articles of Associations from the office of the Registrar of the Companies. The date of seniority of ESM Pvt Ltd Company will be date of empanelment of the Promoter Director’s agency. The clauses mentioned in Appendix ‘A’ will be applicable while converting an individual proprietorship into an ESM Pvt Ltd Company. Further aspects regarding conversion of individual proprietorship into an ESM Pvt Ltd Company are given in paragraphs 22 and 23 of these instructions. |
