ESM run security agencies sponsored by DGR are not required to deposit any earnest money deposit (EMD). However, depending upon the nature of service being provided CPG or Bank guarantee may be asked from a DGR sponsored agency but the total amount is not to exceed 10 percent of one month’s wage bill. The CPG will be deducted from the Agency’s monthly service charges in instalments as mutually agreed between the proprietor of Security Agency and the Principal Employer. |
