| An ESM Pvt. Ltd. Company may be formed by minimum two officers. All the officers forming part of the company must have been empanelled with DGR for security agencies. The company should be registered with the Registrar of Companies vide Para 25 of the Company Act, 1956 as per the broad guidelines given at Appendix .A. and .B.. The company should have incorporated clauses as given at Appendix .B. in their Memorandum and Articles of Association/Bye Laws. |
