Security Agency Guidelines:
UNIFORM AND WASHING ALLOWANCE

66.	Will be paid @ of 10% of Basic + VDA. Proprietor of the security agency will pay the ESM guards @ of 30% of this amount as monthly washing allowance and ensure that the guards are smartly turned out.
