65.	Wherever suitable befitting accommodation is not provided by the employer, HRA at the rate of 15 percent of Basic + VDA will be paid by the employer at all Metros( NCR, Mumbai,Chennai,Kolkata). In other areas it will be 10% of basic +VDA. However not below Rs 350/- per individual per month.
