All payments to ESM employees will be made by cheques only. Payments can also be made in cash with supporting vouchers in case the banking facilities do not exist in a particular area. The employees will be paid wages by the 7th of each month as per the wage formula promulgated by the DGR. Any delay in payment by Security Agency is to be brought to the notice of the DGR by Principal Employer and monitoring agency nominated i.e. DRZ/RSB/ZSB. Principal Employer may make payment directly to the ESM guards in the eventuality of non-payment by the Proprietor/Director of the security agencies. |
