The Principal Employer will make the payment for the security contract to the security agency latest by 6th of each month, as per Contract Labour Act. In the event of proprietorfailing to make payment to the security guards, after a cheque is issued by the employer to officer, will be reported to DGR with copy to agency. The Employer should make payment excluding bonus/gratuity to the guards and recover the same from the Security Agency’s Bill. |
