The wage structure shown in Appendix ‘P’ attached is a multiple of minimum wages. The wages and contribution to be made by the Employer and the employees in terms of statutory requirements are indicated in Appendix ‘Q’. The detailed state of leave entitlements is as shown in Appendix ‘R’. In order to translate the algebraic figures into real monetary terms, the wages as applicable in Delhi have been worked out and are given at Appendix ‘S’. As an example, in this Appendix the minimum wages of semi-skilled worker has been taken as Rs 3478/- (Basic salary + VDA) as on 01 Aug 2006. |
