59.

The Security Agency is authorised 28.98 percent of billing to cover for extra manpower required as relief on Sunday/holiday/leave. In the interest of Employer and ESM, the Employer should insist on employing extra ESM to cater for leave relief rather than rotating the same manpower during leave/holidays. Details of such leave are given in Appendix ‘R’.
