GRATUITY/TERMINAL BENEFITS

58.

It will be the liability of the security agency to pay minimum gratuity/terminal benefits to its employees as per the existing rates. The terminal benefits will be paid in cash to the ESM security personnel will be claimed and paid monthly. Since the security guard is generally contracted for two/four years, the terminal benefits (gratuity) are to be paid monthly.
