CHANGE OF ADDRESS

50.

In case of change of address after empanelment with DGR, the agency should forward an affidavit on a Rs. 10 stamp paper as given at Appendix ‘O’ duly notarised along with attested photograph(s) of director(s). The change of address will be accepted only when forwarded as per instructions given above.
