The main purpose of empanelling security agencies is to keep ESM (O) wait listed as the number of applicants desirous of security agency work is more than the demands for such agencies and to curb exploitation of ESM. It is forbidden to use name of the DGR or Ministry of Defence in any form with any party in any correspondence that could falsely convey credibility of the Company directly/indirectly. Printing of letter heads/letter pads/visiting cards with phrases like ‘DGR sponsored agency’, ‘Sponsored by DGR’, ‘Registered with DGR’ ‘Under kind patronage of DGR’, ‘Applied for registration with DGR’, ‘On the panel of DGR’ and ‘Previously sponsored by DGR’ etc, are all prohibited and will lead to disempanelment. |
