- The Directors/Proprietors should have thorough knowledge of Contract and Labour Laws, statutory components and other issues relating to employment of ESM security guards under security contracts as revised from time to time.
- Antecedents of the ESM being employed should be ascertained by the proprietor. The ESM employed by the agency should fill proper recruitment forms. The terms of engagement of security guards must be clearly spelt out in writing by the proprietor.
- Police verification of all civilian employees should be done by the proprietor. The proprietor is directly responsible for the actions of such civilians whenever employed.
- The proprietor/ director will present himself in person for all dealings concerning tendering procedures. No dealings through representatives / lawyers are permitted under any circumstances.
- At the DGR no Lawyers will be entertained. Proprietors/directors will be allowed for any query.
