Besides being empanelled with the DGR, the security agency should obtain a labour licence for provision of casual/contract labour in accordance with the Government orders on the subject. The labour licence can be obtained from the office of the concerned labour department. Obtaining of license in accordance with Pvt Security Regulation Act 2005(PSA Act) is mandatory in states where the Act has been implemented. In NCT of Delhi pending implementation of PSA Act the individual security agencies will continue to be registered with Delhi Shops and Commercial Establishments as hitherto fore |
