- State/ESM Corporations/ Nigams will operate in respective states only as per Department of Public Enterprises Office Memorandum 6/22/93-DPE (SC/ST) dated 04 Oct 05. However they may be considered for sponsorship outside their parent state by the DGR in accordance with para 12 of these instructions. Also appendix ‘C1’.
- ESM Corporations will employ 100% ESM as security guards within their parent state. A certificate to this effect will be rendered by the ESM Corporation once the contract has been awarded and guard positioned. This certificate will be countersigned by Principal Employer failing which further sponsorship will not be granted.
- Corporations/Nigams will also employ security personnel as given in para 45 of these instructions. The names of these personnel will be intimated to DGR on commencement of contract and in subsequent reports.
