After scrutiny of documents, the officers will be screened for personal aptitude, attitude, management skills and financial background through an interview before being empanelled by DGR whose decision in this regard will be final and binding. The instructions for interview are at Appendix ‘J’. |

Interview will be held once a week on Wednesday/ Friday between 1430 and 1630 hours. Officers may enquire about their interview dates two weeks after submission of documents. Officer will come in person for interview with under mentioned documents in original: -
- Security Course Certificate.
- Retirement/Release Order.
- Pension Payment Order.
- ESM Identity card.
