Security Agency Guidelines:
OFFICE SET UP

14.	To be able to provide quality and responsive service in a competitive market, a Security Agency on empanelment must have an office set up in his first choice of state manned during the office hours (refer paragraph15(k)). The office with telephone and fax is mandatory.
