Submit documents to ZSB/RSB/OC Unit. |

Applications screened by ZSB/RSB/Unit and forwarded to DGR. |

Applications processed and registered by DGR and forwarded to MGO Branch, Army HQ. |
| e. |
Release Order issued by MGO Branch based on seniority. |
| f. |
Applicant to collect the vehicles from CVD/VEH Coy. |
| g. |
Ex-Servicemen have to register the released vehicles within Six months from the date of issue. |
| h. |
Ex-Servicemen request for release of Security Deposit to DGR either on registration of the vehicle with State Transport Authority OR if the vehicle not collected by the individual. |
| i. |
Security Deposit will be released by DGR only, if the vehicle has been registered with RTO or if not collected by the individual from CVD/Veh Coy. |
