TIPPER ATTACHMENT SCHEME FOR WIDOWS/DISABLED EX-SERVICEMEN
1. Eligibility
 
a. Widows of Service personnel.
b. Disabled Ex-Servicemen.
c. Dependant (unemployed male child below 25 years and unmarried daughter).
2. The eligible widows/disabled ESM have to deposit Rs.85,000/- with any one of the nominated Coal Transport companies towards margin money, loan processing, insurance, road tax etc., for tipper to be acquired. The coal transport company is responsible for processing, running and maintenance costs of the tipper. The widow is paid Rs.3000/- per month for five years and thereafter, the initial deposit amount of Rs.85,000/- is refunded to the widow.
3. The application forms for tipper scheme are available with DGR. The widow/disabled ESM is required to apply with undermentioned documents:-
 
a. Copy of husband's Discharge Book and Death Certificate.
b. Copy of Pension Payment Order.
c. Copy of Ex-Serviceman/Widow's Identity Card issued by Zila/Rajya Sainik Board.
d. Proof of Death/Disability attributable to Military service.
e. Unemployment Certificate to be submitted on Rs.10/- Stamp Paper (non-judicial), duly notarised, stating that the individual is not employed or self-employed, has not taken any assistance from ZSB/RSB/DGR earlier and there are no commercial loans outstanding against him.
