The retail outlets of oil companies are required to be managed by retired officers. The oil companies requisition officers from DGR and the names are forwarded to them accordingly. The company calls the officers for interview and selected candidates are allotted the outlets. |

Eligibility
| a. |
Officers up to the rank of Col /equivalent. |
| b. |
Age below 60. |
| c. |
Should be of local area/ prepared to settle at that place. |
| d. |
Should be ready to provide financial guarantee up to the daily sale of the outlet ie upto Rs 20,00000 or so. |
