“Exemplary” or “Very Good” or “Good”. |

Army First Class or equivalent i.e. Matric/10th Class in Civil qualification. |

Service |

Not less than 10 years in Armed Forces. |
| f. |
Medical Category |
: |
AYE/BEE or CEE, in case of CEE category, Fitness Certificate from Service Hospital. |

Total Deposit |
: |
Rs 1,50,000/- (Security Deposit Rs 75,000/- and working capital Rs 75,000/-) |

Photocopy of Discharge Book (all pages) photocopy of PPO, two joint photographs of dependant son and Ex-Serviceman/Widow duly attested by ZSB/RSB Officer, Photocopy of Identity Card issued to ESM/Widow and Dependant Certificate to be obtained from respective ZSB/RSB) ,the photograph must be stamped and signed on the certificate and matriculation certiifcate. |

| Note:- Dependant can apply only when Ex-Serviceman does not fulfill the eligibility criteria. Ex-Serviceman/widow of Ex-Serviceman is required to come with dependant son. |
