Retired unemployed Commissioned Officers. |

Age below 59 years for Registration. |

Should be registered within two years of retirement/release. |

| a. |
Minimum three Directors form a Pvt. Ltd. Company under Company Act 1956 Incorporating DGR guidelines. |

Ex Servicemen Companies are sponsored against specific requisition from Coal Subsidiaries. |
| c. |
Sponsorship by Dir Gen Resettlement. |
| d. |
Duration of sponsorship initially 5 years, extendable by a second term of four years. |
| e. |
Ex-Servicemen Coal Transport companies sponsored by DGR function under the terms and conditions of a MoU between DGR and Coal India Ltd (CIL). |
