Killed. Ex-Gratia of Rs 50,000/- each to NOK of all battle casualties during the period from 01 Jun 62 to 19 Aug 93 (Approx - 14,000 - amount to be paid - Approx Rs 70 Crores). |

Permanently Disabled. All battle casualties boarded out of service due to war injury from Aug 1947 to 30 Apr 99 (Approx 5000 - Rs 50 Crores Approx) :- |

- Option I. Ex-Gratia of Rs 1 Lakh.
OR
- Option II. Rs 60,000 + 3 wheeler auto transmission scooter, electric wheel chair, any other appliance, upto Rs 40,000/- (In case cost of appliance is less than Rs 40,000/- balance will be paid in cash).
